As a Senior Civil & Structural Technician, you will be at the heart of delivering projects that push boundaries across Life Sciences, Industrial, Aviation, Education, Power and Nuclear sectors. You will be trusted to take ownership of drawing quality, accuracy and detail, while guiding and mentoring junior staff. You will also play a key role in developing smarter processes, driving BIM adoption and ensuring every package we deliver meets the highest technical standards. What You Will Do Produce high-quality, fully co-ordinated design packages Manage document control for drawings on your projects Mentor CAD technicians and support their development Champion BIM and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery About You HNC/HND Civil Engineering, accredited with ICE/EngTech TMICE or TIStructE Skilled in Autodesk REVIT Experience in RC Detailing Confident in producing 2D and 3D C&S deliverables from concept to detailed design Strong knowledge of steel, timber, concrete, site-wide infrastructure and earthworks Eligible for security clearance and airside pass applications Full UK driving licence Why BakerHicks?
