Reporting to our Associate or Principal Engineer, you’ll either head up small to medium Civil & Structural (C&S) projects or play a key role in delivering complex, high-value programmes. You’ll manage specific design packages from concept through to delivery, ensuring every detail meets our high standards for cost, schedule, and quality. What You’ll Be Doing Managing and delivering design packages that meet cost, schedule, and quality goals Leading small teams to produce accurate design calculations and drawings Ensuring designs meet our quality and management systems Adapting to change and keeping projects on track with input from the Project Manager What We’re Looking For Extensive experience delivering structural engineering projects Strong technical skills in structural design methods, codes, and standards Experience in foundation design, drainage, earthworks, and external infrastructure Proven ability to thrive in integrated, multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety requirements Confident leadership, communication, and presentation abilities Experience in nuclear, defence, public sector, highways, or contaminated land projects is beneficial It’s a Bonus If You Have Chartered status (CEng MICE or MIStructE) Knowledge of seismic design and ground improvement techniques Why Join Us?
