Veeva Functional Consultant (H/F)

About the Role: We are looking for a Veeva Functional Consultant to join our team and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Veeva solutions within the Life Sciences industry. You will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring that Veeva applications are configured to meet business requirements and align with best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Veeva CRM, Vault, or related modules. • Configure, test, and validate Veeva solutions in collaboration with technical teams. • Support end-users by providing guidance, training, and documentation. • Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. • Conduct functional testing, manage defects, and coordinate UAT activities. • Stay up to date on Veeva product enhancements and industry trends to recommend improvements. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst, ideally within Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, MedTech). • Hands-on experience with Veeva applications (Veeva CRM, Vault, or other modules). • Strong understanding of business processes in commercial, medical, or regulatory areas. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in cross-functional and international environments. • Salesforce knowledge is a strong plus but not mandatory. • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Nice to Have: • Veeva certifications (e.g., Veeva CRM Administrator, Veeva Vault). • Experience in system integration projects. • Familiarity with GxP and regulatory compliance requirements.
