Sap Finance Control Consultant

Account Manager | MSP | VMS | ATS | Staff Augmentation | Talent Acquisition and Retention | Mentoring/Coaching SAP FICO Consultant Duration: Full Time Key Roles and Responsibilities Provide onsite AMS support for SAP FICO, handling defect resolution, incident management, and release processes to ensure smooth operations. Analyze business needs and customize SAP FICO configurations in areas like Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Month-End Close, and Overhead Assessment/Settlement. Work closely with offshore teams and stakeholders to resolve issues on time, meet SLAs, and maintain strong collaboration. Lead SAP implementation projects, manage support tickets, and keep documentation up-to-date for efficiency. Perform system audits, spot improvement opportunities, and deliver training to users for better adoption. Integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and HR to support end-to-end finance processes. What We're Looking For 15 years in the finance domain, including 10 years in SAP ERP support for large-scale projects. Hands‑on experience in SAP FICO configuration, covering General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Project System. Solid knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, PP, and HR. Expertise in incident management, SLA compliance, and task prioritization. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to foster teamwork. Preferred Skills Familiarity with ITSM tools, remote support, and ITIL best practices.
