Overview Senior Transaction Corporate Finance - Valuation Join to apply for the Senior Transaction Corporate Finance - Valuation role at EY EY, a leader in professional services, seeks a Senior Consultant for the Valuation department in Milan and Rome. The team supports clients in business valuations and asset valuations, including impairment tests and purchase price allocations, and assists in building business, industrial and financial plans. They work with clients to define business models and support strategic decisions and improved results. Responsibilities Support clients in company and asset valuations, including impairment tests and purchase price allocation. Assist in building business, industrial and financial plans. Work with clients to define their business models and support strategic decisions and performance improvements. Contribute to the EY Parthenon service line by building economico-financial models for transactions, project finance, new market opportunities and strategic proposals. Qualifications Must have Approximately 2-5 years of experience in company valuations and business modeling. Good knowledge of Italian and IFRS accounting principles. Experience in processes of corporate acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and joint ventures. Excellent Excel skills. Excellent English language skills. Nice to have Teamwork, problem-solving attitude and strong analytical abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
