Client: RINA Location: Prato, Italy Job Category: Other EU work permit required: Job Reference: e3f788bdd34a Job Views: Posted: Expiry Date: Job Description RINA is recruiting a Certification Lead - Aerospace Scheme for the regions of Tuscany, Marche, Abruzzo, Umbria & Molise, to join its office in Prato, Italy, within the Mediterranean & Africa Certification Division. Overview The role involves planning, executing, and managing audits in our certification business. The candidate will lead large, complex customer engagements, ensure effective audit processes, compliance with standards, and foster strong client relationships. Responsibilities Conduct thorough third-party audits according to the aerospace scheme EN9100:2018. Manage a three-year certification program for client organizations under EN9100. Engage with clients to understand their needs, assist in achieving and maintaining certification through audits and consultations. Collaborate with internal teams to implement audit findings and drive improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively. Education Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. Qualifications Diploma or University Degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electronic fields. Completion of the IAQG-sanctioned 9100:2016 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training. At least 4 years of experience in the aerospace sector, especially in engineering, design, or manufacturing. Professional certification like EN9100:2018 is advantageous. Knowledge of regulations such as EASA Part 145 and Part 21 is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Italian.
