Invoicing Specialist - Temporary Contract

What You Will Do Invoicing and Shipping Domestic (Italy) and International invoicing Handling diverse items (interest invoices, training courses, fixed assets, etc.) Sending delivery notes (DDT) to logistics for order preparation Requesting and archiving CEE certificates and customs documents Organizing shipments with national and international couriers Managing customs procedures Who You Are Degree in Accounting/Economics or similar Administrative, fiscal, and customs expertise to independently manage domestic and international invoicing is preferred Strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine ability to work effectively in a team Ability to work under pressure Knowledge of English is required Why You Will Love Working With Us At Davines Group, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inspiring environment where we grow together.
