Job Description

ID FG003 Software Engineer PLC&CNC Place of work: Cuneo with trips in Italy and abroad equal to 70/120 days per year. The person will join the Flat Glass BU, with tasks related to the development and installation of automation systems for cutting and grinding machines. The role will give you the opportunity to travel globally as part of the activities is the installation phase at our customers (anywhere in the world). In particular, we will work on the following technologies: SCADA Development Installation of PLC, HMI software and INVERTER CALIBRATION. Requirements A degree in engineering is required in one of the following specializations: electronics, automation, computer science, mechatronics. Or a diploma in mechatronics, electrical engineering or computer science with a post-diploma course in automation. (AFP/IST). Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming on at least 1 of the following brands: Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Codesys. Knowledge of SCADA programming on 1 of the following brands: Intellution iFix, Wonderware Aveva, Movicom, Siemens WinCC, Ignition Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of a second foreign language is considered a plus. Knowledge of programming languages C#, Java, Python, relational databases (MySql, SQL Server) is considered a plus.
