Job Description

As the Technical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting technical activities and project coordination. Working closely with the Company senior team members and JV partners. • Provide asset management support across both upstream operations and downstream activities of existing asset, delivering technical expertise in Wells, Facilities, and Reservoir Management to maximize asset value. • Assist in coordinating technical activities for non-operated projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and schedules. • Support the Company in looking after overall field production performance and value maximization, asset integrity, safety and environmental aspects, and analyses the needs of maintenance operations as proposed by JV operator. • Participating in the preparation of the Company business plans (production work programs and workover strategies, monitoring and controlling production costs Opex and Capex), including preparation of technical reports, presentations, and documentation. • Based on the needs, to attend and represent the Company in round tables and meetings with Public Authorities as part of local development discussions. • Additional and preferred skill is the familiarity with Italian permitting and Authorization processes. • Collaborate with operator teams to gather and analyze project data, assisting in technical evaluations and reviews. • Help maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and identifying potential areas for improvement. • Secure smooth collaboration with technical, finance and commercial teams of the Company. • Attend JV sub-committee meetings, maintain active relationship with JV partners and represent the operator. • Provide support on all health, safety and environmental issues to the Company and ensure Company requirements and industry’s best practice are met. • Focus on the energy transition and next generation upstream businesses by promoting low carbon solution and GHG reduction initiatives and maintaining awareness of emerging EU regulatory frameworks, including the Net Zero Industry Act (NZIA). Background and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; master’s degree preferred. • At least 2-10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry • Knowledge of non-operated joint ventures and working with operator partners is a plus. • Background in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering with expertise in asset management and evaluation including skills in wells & Facility area. • Comprehensive knowledge of petroleum engineering, including field development planning and production operations. • Demonstrated ability to operate both independently and within cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Highly motivated with a keen interest in the energy sector and a commitment to continuous learning. • Familiarity with production profile generation, economic analysis, and reserves audit. • Willingness to travel to Italy and other locations. • Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication skills
