Job Description
Key Responsibilities: In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include: Forming close relationships with end users, consultants, and specifiers in the Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand and increase sales of Hanwha security products. Achieving sales objectives related to relevant sales and product mix through market analysis and influencing decision makers. Strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, sharing market information with the Product Management team, and discussing marketing strategies with the Country Manager. Managing and developing the network of partners (integrators and installers) within the Hanwha channel partner program, with a focus on sales revenue. Supporting Strategic Sales Managers in pursuing opportunities within the region and vertical markets. Engaging in end-user consultations, liaising with system integrators, updating customers with product info, increasing project pipeline and revenue, creating new customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities. Conducting customer audits, market segmentation, and contributing ideas for marketing plans and product launches. Focusing on product/channel/customer margins, forecasting accuracy, and achieving budgets and targets. Requirements: Proven success in business development or sales, particularly in demanding environments. Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, including presenting solutions to end users and specifiers. Ability to understand customer needs and develop professional proposals independently. Market knowledge of electronic security, IT, and networking channels. Experience with CCTV manufacturing is a plus but not essential. Understanding of network video systems and topology. Business or technical degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong relationship-building skills and motivation to enhance market and brand recognition. Independent thinking, good judgment, and team orientation. Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused. Self-motivated with project management and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Fluent in English and at least one European language. Clean driving license. Location: This role is field-based, preferably in the Milan or South Italy area, involving extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside. J-18808-Ljbffr
