Project Leader

Overview Clivet SpA is now looking for a new colleague who will join our R&D Team as Project Leader. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products. Maintain all technical and commercial documentation. Drive problem-solving and decision-making across departments to keep projects on track. Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering (preferred). A Project Management certification or master’s degree is a strong plus. Previous experience in project management (at least 2 years), especially in HVAC, light commercial, or residential products, is highly valued. Strong organizational and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with product qualification and compliance processes is a plus. We are looking for someone living near Feltre (BL). J-18808-Ljbffr
