Role Description Part of the after-sales team, providing technical support to international dealers and developing internal and external expertise in assistance. Activities include remote support and travel to branches (about 20%). Responsibilities Provide post-sale technical support to dealers Coordinate technical training for partners Perform remote diagnostics on plants and components Offer telephone assistance post-sale Collaborate on problem analysis and resolution Travel internationally (around 20%) Candidate Profile Technical diploma in electronics, mechanical, or electrical engineering Experience in complex industrial environments Good command of English; knowledge of an additional language is a plus Ability to read electrical and hydraulic technical drawings Proficiency with digital tools and MS Office Experience with technical management software Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving orientation Willing to travel abroad What We Offer Permanent contract Salary between €40,000 and €50,000, based on experience Dynamically growing environment International project opportunities Ongoing technical training All job postings are open to all genders (L.903/77).
