Jira Operations Specialist

Position: Jira Operations Support Specialist Duration: Permanent Direct Hire Location: Onsite 4 days a week in Mexico City Piso 5, Naucalpan de Juárez, MEX, 53126, MX Monthly Salary in Mexican Pesos: 51,300-95,000 (MXP) Must haves: 5 years of experience with experience with Atlassian Jira Cloud Experience using a ticketing/ITSM system (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or similar) Practical scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, or Atlassian automation/Scriptrunner) to build repeatable admin tasks and integrations. Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support one of our clients out of Mexico City, MX. This Support specialist will provide day-to-day user support for Atlassian products and integrations: troubleshoot permissions, project/space setup, onboarding/offboarding, and escalations from developer and business teams. This role requires one to be onsite 4 days a week in Mexico City. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
