This role reports to the Motion Service division in Vittuone (Milan) and follows a hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities Develop and propose digital solutions that enable the acquisition of data from electric motors and provide predictive maintenance recommendations to clients. Provide predictive maintenance recommendations based on data analysis for the ABB installed base and beyond. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Test and troubleshoot the final system setup, ensuring successful rollout through training and retraining customers and providing ongoing support and services. Contribute to the software product roadmap and portfolio by suggesting new features, functionality, and variants. Qualifications Understanding of electric motor inverter drives and predictive maintenance is highly appreciated. Ability to understand customer needs and build collaborative relationships. Possess enhanced knowledge of Power BI and Python. Passionate about digital solutions and energy efficiency. Degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, etc.). Effective communication in Italian and English. Availability to travel to visit customers when needed.
