Basic Math skills. Strong customer service orientation. Intermediate PC knowledge, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers. Commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact. Strong English comprehension and grammar skills. Previous experience in customer contact roles (telephone or in-person).
