McKee Homes, a leader in customized, energy-efficient homebuilding in North Carolina, is seeking a proactive and personable Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in helping families find their perfect home, ensuring that each client?s specific needs are met with the utmost attention to detail and dedication. As a Sales Consultant, you'll utilize your expertise in sales and real estate to cultivate and maintain relationships with potential homebuyers, guiding them through the purchasing process from initial contact up to closing. Engage with potential buyers and establish a rapport to understand their home buying needs and preferences. Conduct property tours, presenting the customizable features of our homes that align with McKee Homes? commitment to quality and energy efficiency. Negotiate sales agreements and manage contracts from initiation to closing. Collaborate with marketing, construction, and design teams to ensure client needs and expectations are communicated effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in the company CRM. Participate in local and regional real estate events to build a network and generate leads. Stay informed about market trends and developments in real estate to provide clients with exceptional service and advice. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Familiarity with CRM software Understanding of the real estate market and property management Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
