Job Description

Redwood Living, Inc. is seeking a proficient Construction Operations Coordinator to streamline our construction projects which focus on developing high-quality, single-story apartment homes for older adults. In this role, you will be crucial in overseeing the coordination between various departments, ensuring that projects are not only effective but also align with our commitment to creating a maintenance-free living experience for our residents. Your efforts will directly contribute to the optimization of our construction processes and the satisfaction of our future residents. Plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of construction projects to ensure timely completion within budget. Coordinate with project managers, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure resources and materials are available. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. Manage scheduling for subcontractors and laborers, adjusting timelines as necessary to meet project deadlines. Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes. Assist with the preparation of the budget, billings, and project expenditure. Ensure that project milestones are met and adhere to approved budgets. Strong understanding of construction management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
