Job Title: Geotechnical Engineer Location: Newcastle Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 Are you a Geotechnical Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking for a role that provides a clear career path in Geotechnical Engineering? An exciting opportunity has opened for a Geotechnical Engineer in Newcastle. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of responsibilities alongside highly skilled Geotechnical Engineers. The successful Geotechnical Engineer will have the exciting opportunity to work on a wide range and scale of projects. These projects will range from large harbour infrastructure projects to mining waste. The role of the Geotechnical Engineer will involve the following responsibilities: soil sampling, risk assessments, phase 1 reports, phase 2 interpretative reports, geotechnical site investigation, slope stability assessments, foundation design and retaining walls. You will be trained up by talented Senior Engineering Geologists and working alongside Graduates. You will have the chance to mentor and train Graduates on site work.
