Inviting applications for the role of Credit Analyst! In this role, assess the creditworthiness of companies by doing the analysis of: financial statements, credit history, payment behaviour and other risk factors to provide the recommendation and an opinion of approving or denying a credit limit and specific payment terms for commercial deals. Responsibilities • Order release, determine if the orders on hold on the ERP can be released or not and be able to advice the sales & commercial team the reason of the hold in case it cannot be released or next steps to take. • Workflow approval to make sure the initial approval matches with the order and billing data. • Analysing internal & external AR and payment information and risk ratings. • Perform timely credit risk analysis on prospects and existing commercial customers as prompted by queuing structures, portfolio monitoring, and management direction. • Compile and present deep dive analysis consisting of: risk scores, payment behaviour, AR exposure, company background, financial statement analysis, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, industry performance and a summary of key events. • Effectively communicate credit findings to the responsible team or requestor in the industrial business and prove a plan of action to mitigate the risk and/or limit the credit risk. Navigate effectively within multiple credit tools, receivable systems and internal processes to deliver accurate and timely credit risk recommendations. • Maintain high standards of data quality within the data sets for credit risk models and external reporting. • Conduct regular portfolio analysis and monitoring to identify high credit risk exposure to our customer and develop a plan of action to mitigate and/or limit the risk. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. • 1 years of credit risk/financial analysis knowledge. • Experience with commercial operations, finance, or sales related function. • Strong commercial and customer-oriented mindset. • Ability to effectively communicate key findings of complex information. • Ability to multitask and set priorities in cross functional team environment. • Ability to connect teams and influence for information to be delivered on-time. • Drive for results and proactiveness. • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills.
