Electrician / Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an experience Electrician, with 5 years experience working in the commercial / industrial Sector, Ideally with knowledge of Controls, (inverters PLCs etc) and security and fire alarm systems would be an advantage. They will be responsible for but not inclusive of • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures. • Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, ensuring systems comply with safety standards. • Conducting routine inspections and safety checks on electrical systems. • Upgrading electrical systems and equipment, replacing outdated wiring or circuits. • Ensuring compliance with regulations and building codes. • Carrying out reactive and preventive maintenance. Key Details: • Location: Work is based across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. • Requirements: What we need from you: • City & Guilds 2365 Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent), culminating in a Level 3 NVQ Certificate including the National Electrotechnical Training (NET) AM2 certificate • Evidence to show that you have been working in the electrical industry for a period of time • Up to date City & Guilds 2382 - B.S. 7671 IET Wiring regulations certificate • City and Guilds 2391.52 (or equivalent) would be desirable • A full clean UK driving licence • A clear DBS and criminal records check is essential for MOD and Government sites. • Happy to carry out reactive works out of hours. • Must be able to work both under own initiative and or part of a team * Company Pension * Company VAN business use only * IPAD * Mobile Phone * Free parking * Holiday Pay
