BeEpic The Distribution Specialist supports the execution, maintenance, and optimization of electronic reservation distribution activities across Royalton Hotels & Resorts. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that rates, availability, and content are accurate and aligned across all connected systems and booking channels, including TMS, SynXis, NewHotel, GDS, OTAs, Wholesalers, B2B portals, and Marriott platforms . By collaborating closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and IT , the Distribution Specialist guarantees consistency, accuracy, and compliance with corporate distribution standards. This position contributes directly to maximizing revenue opportunities, strengthening system connectivity, and enhancing the guest booking experience through efficient and precise execution. Qualifications Post-secondary diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, Communications, or related field . Experience in hotel distribution systems such as TMS, NewHotel, SynXis, GDS, HPP, and MARSHA. Strong understanding of hotel rate management, content distribution, and channel connectivity . Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills . Ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) and data management systems. Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Desirable Previous experience in hospitality or tourism distribution . Knowledge of Marriott systems (MARSHA, eBonus, MRDW, MarRFP). Familiarity with corporate standards, SOPs, and revenue optimization processes . Experience coordinating with cross-functional and international teams .
