Test Engineer

•Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. •1 to 4 years engineering experience in the contract electronic manufacturing industry. •Effective problem solving and organizational skills. •Excellent verbal and written, Spanish and English communications skills •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment. •Establish test processes for Printed Circuit Board assemblies (PCBAs) and/or electronics systems by meeting customer supplied specifications. •Evaluate customer Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), identify hardware and software impact on test process, provide cost/labor changes if applicable; implement ECO when all technical/cost related items are submitted and resolved. •Excellent computer skills. •Understanding of software applications. •Detail and quality oriented. •Strong leadership and training skills.
