What You’ll Do: Lead & Empower: Guide a talented sales team, driving growth and smashing goals in alignment with our company vision. Strategic Expansion: Research, develop, and penetrate new markets—expanding sales with existing and potential customers. Relationship Builder: Manage key global OEM accounts and collaborate with external Manufacturer’s Rep Firms to amplify our reach. Technical Expert: Become the go-to resource for customer applications, communicating how our solutions deliver value through service, quality, and competitive pricing. Customer Champion: Connect with customers via phone, email, and in-person visits—showcasing our ability to exceed their expectations. Data-Driven: Use CRM tools to track opportunities, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure every quote is spot-on. Marketing Partner: Help craft newsletters, technical bulletins, and email campaigns that highlight our capabilities. What You Bring: 10 years of technical sales experience with direct account management (required) 5 years in sales management (required) Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent experience (strongly preferred) Industry experience in Electrical, Electronic, Aerospace, or Plastics/Composites Fluent business English (Advanced) Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills Why The Gund Company?
