We’re looking for a Data Analyst – Lending Systems to join our Lending Operations team. In this role, you’ll transform business and lending data into clear, actionable insights, develop high-quality reporting solutions, and help drive smarter decisions and continuous improvements across the organisation. Key responsibilities Develop, maintain, and present reporting solutions that meet business and management requirements in a timely and accurate manner.Analyse data trends and processes to identify opportunities for improved business performance and customer service.Challenge outdated or inefficient reporting practices, recommending and implementing more effective solutions.Ensure all reporting and presentations are accurate, fit-for-purpose, and tailored to the needs of different audiences.Support Lending Operations teams with workforce planning tools, reporting, and project initiatives.Collaborate with Lending Reporting Analysts to deliver broker origination reporting, commission reconciliation, and payment remittance.Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure data solutions align with organisational objectives and compliance requirements. What we’re looking for Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as Power BI, Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.A collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to support business partners.Tertiary qualifications in business, mathematics, information technology, or a related discipline (desirable).Experience with SQL query development and data extraction.Knowledge or experience in lending or lending operations (desirable).
