URL: https://www.axiscades.com . 5 to 10 years of Experience Desired Requirements: Candidate should have very good understanding of Aircraft structure (SA) Should have very good understanding of Aircraft production methods and processes. Should have very good understanding of Airbus methods and processes. Analysis of the non-conformities and propose rework solution (NC assessments) on spot and able to give required info to quality to reduce RTO Processing of NC’s & Concessions (T100-ANDD/T200-DCDD Tasks) for Fuselage (ATA53), Wing (ATA57), HTP (ATA55), VTP etc in accordance with engineering solution already given in NC. Working experience with MSI, ESI, Door, Power plant & Nacelle/Pylon ATA chapters (Ex: ATA 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 47, 49, 51, 52, 54, 56, 71, 78 & 92) is an added advantage. Ability to provide rework solutions at station (Shop floor support) Excellent working knowledge and experience of Airbus tools. Previous AIRBUS NC Assessment & concession experience is mandatory (Preferably for SA & LR programs). Able to work to tight, demanding deadlines and customer demands. Flexible to work in shifts (2 shifts) including Saturday Bi-lingual (French and English). French Language mandatory (Professional level) Tools: CATIAv5, CCD, SAP (PAC, PDA/PEA), VPM, TAKSY, AIRINA, AIRNav. Location: Toulouse
