Job Description

Digital Transformation & PMO Lead Overview We’re seeking a strategic leader to drive digital transformation and program execution across Shared Services. This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and operational excellence through a centralized PMO. The position requires a blend of technical insight, business acumen, and change leadership to enable scalable, data-driven service delivery. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Innovation Define and execute digital transformation roadmaps across HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, and other functions. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies (RPA, AI/ML, analytics platforms) to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with business leaders to redesign processes for efficiency and user experience. Deploy digital tools such as workflow systems, self-service portals, and data dashboards. Program & PMO Leadership Lead transitions into a Shared Services model, managing planning, execution, and stabilization. Establish governance frameworks, project templates, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies. Support business case development, budgeting, and benefit realization tracking. Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement Align cross-functional stakeholders across geographies and functions. Drive adoption of transformation initiatives through structured change management plans. Lead communication, training, and engagement strategies to ensure buy-in and smooth transitions. Continuous Improvement Develop and execute a CI roadmap aligned with business goals. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify and implement process improvements. Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and training sessions to build CI capabilities. Monitor performance against SLAs and drive compliance and efficiency. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications in PMO, Digital Transformation, or AI are highly valued. Experience : 6 years in project/program management, with 3 years in Shared Services or transformation roles. Proven success leading cross-functional, multi-geography teams. Experience with BPO, ERP migrations, or global service delivery models is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, risk governance, and executive communication skills. Proficiency in tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar platforms.
