Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master Location: Madrid, Spain Hybrid/3 days a week from office Job description: Enable agile team members to communicate, coordinate, collaborate and drive improvement in practices, processes and mindset to deliver value in an effective manner •Support the Product Owner (PO) in applying effective product and backlog management techniques • Organise and facilitate the cadence, events and artefacts across the agile team • Support the leadership and Agile Coach with OVS ceremonies e.g. Program Increment (PI) Planning and OVS demos • Proactively remove obstacles and impediments for the team • Resolve conflicts and issues within the agile team • Enable organisational effectiveness and continuous improvement through agile ceremonies and an open feedback culture • Coach and support agile team members to grow and develop • Engage with the Agile Coach and leadership to encourage and empower the agile team • Role model and enable the agile behaviours, providing a psychologically safe environment that promotes transparency and constructive challenge • Excellent communication, project management and organisation skills •Experience in leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies, incl. tools such as JIRA and Confluence • Ability to proactively solve problems and resolve conflict • Understanding of software development and lifecycle • Growth-oriented and agile mindset and passionate about change • Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering an collaborative work environment • Relevant higher educational and professional background
