Information Technology Operations Manager

️ We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Network & Security (Hybrid, Toulouse, France) Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in network and security environments? We’re seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and evolve our critical infrastructure operations, ensuring resilience, performance, and security at scale. Your Role As Operations Manager, you will: Lead and coordinate daily operations for network and security services . Act as the client’s primary contact for all operational security matters , ensuring service quality and adherence to agreed timelines. Drive continuous improvement, collaborating with experts and internal Level 3 teams in France, Germany, Spain, and the UK to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement. Work hand-in-hand with the Security Architect, under the supervision of the Operations Director, to: · Provide technical support for resolving complex incidents and problems quickly and effectively. · Deliver expert guidance and recommendations, ensuring the client can operate and evolve their infrastructure securely. Define and implement operational processes, KPIs, and best practices. Act as the key escalation point for incidents and problem management. Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements. What You Bring Solid background in networking and cybersecurity operations . Experience leading operational teams in hybrid/cloud environments. Strong knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, IAM, SIEM, and network monitoring tools. Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, or Fortinet. Proven ability to manage incidents, capacity, and service delivery. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English (French a strong advantage). Why Join Us?
