Your Mission Lead the evolution of our European IT organisation. Deliver transformation while ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business growth. What You’ll Do Define and execute the European IT strategy Lead regional and country IT teams, building a culture of accountability and collaboration Oversee enterprise systems, infrastructure, and business applications Drive complex transformation programmes Strengthen cybersecurity, compliance, and governance Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise investment and deliver measurable outcomes What You Bring 15 years in senior IT leadership, with regional/divisional scope Proven success in large‑scale transformation and digital change Expertise across infrastructure, ERP, HRIS, finance platforms, and business‑specific tech Experience in matrix organisations, outsourcing, and vendor management Strong communication and influence at C‑suite and board level Ability to lead multicultural teams across geographies Background in technology services, security, or engineering‑led industries is a plus Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI, GDPR, and ISO 27001 preferred Why Join Us?
