Process & Integrations Manager

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Application Architect to design a secure, scalable IT architecture to support business capabilities. Key duties will include leading application rationalization and ERP consolidation, as well as setting governance and integration standards across Germany, Spain, France, Poland, Italy, Denmark, and the UK. Key Responsibilities · Build relationships with key business and technology stakeholders to secure buy-in and engagement · Aligning application architecture with business capabilities and business processes · Define and communicate the architecture vision and roadmap that will deliver strategic business goals and objectives · Work with the CIO office to align IT applications with business strategy. · Work with stakeholders to define TO-BE architecture and roadmaps · Maintain consistent technology standards across IT application teams. · Define development, integration, and deployment standards. · Evaluate technologies and recommend enhancements. · Oversee system and platform integration for interoperability. · Ensure regulatory and policy compliance, including establishing relevant processes · Modernize existing architecture. · Support application rationalization and ERP simplification initiatives and projects from an architectural perspective. · Mentor teams on architectural best practices. · Oversee and implement architecture governance processes and approach Requirements · Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field · Experience in large enterprise-scale consolidations, ideally across geographies · Experience in finance as a domain · Ability to influence key stakeholders, for example, through storytelling · Ability to approach designs with pragmatism · Experience as an Enterprise Application Architect or an Application Solution Architect. · Familiarity with modern frameworks/platforms (e.g., .NET, Azure, Power Platform) · Skill in using integration platforms such as WSO2, Boomi and MuleSoft is required. Proficiency with enterprise application architecture methods (f.i. TOGAF, LeanIX) · Skill in mapping business processes to IT applications using the concepts of business process frameworks (e.g. the APQC Process Classification Framework), enterprise business capabilities, and logical application components. · Strong communication, presentation and technical leadership skills Preferred Qualifications · Architecture certifications (TOGAF, Azure Architect, etc.) · Experience with multinational teams or digital transformation · Familiarity with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
