UK Company Secretary ?? Edinburgh (Hybrid) | ?? Full Time | Permanent Role Reed are delighted to be working with an international renewable energy organisation, who are currently seeking a UK Company Secretary to join its Legal Team. This role is central to managing governance and compliance across UK entities, supporting Board and Subcommittee meetings, and ensuring alignment with UK company law. Key Responsibilities: Lead company secretarial duties for UK entities, including Board meeting coordination and minute-taking. Maintain corporate records and liaise with UK authorities. Provide governance guidance and training to senior leadership. Act as the first point of contact for UK secretarial matters. What We’re Looking For: Circa 5 years’ experience in similar corporate secretarial services roles. Strong understanding of UK company law and governance.
