Head of Regulatory Affairs Skin Care & Fragrances (M/F) About the Role Reporting to executive management, you will provide regulatory support for fragrance concentrates, formulas, and products from creation through to international market launch. Responsibilities Supervise the Regulatory Affairs department Validate the compliance of raw materials, formulas, and finished products Collaborate closely and flexibly with internal teams responsible for product design and development at every stage of the product life cycle Ensure the preparation of Product Information Files (PIF) and regulatory documentation Monitor the compliance of the active formula portfolio with the formulation charter and contribute to defining phase-out plans Implement, coordinate, and communicate international regulatory monitoring Carry out product notifications/registrations with agents, subsidiaries, and authorities, including in China Represent the company during audits and inspections by authorities Update data in information systems Participate in the site's HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) culture initiatives Qualifications With a higher education background, you have significant experience in regulatory functions within the fragrance and cosmetics industry. Required Skills You are recognized for your leadership, communication skills, results orientation, and your ability to work collaboratively in a project-driven environment. Proficiency in English is essential for operating in an international context.
