Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a life-changing therapy that empowers individuals with Autism and other developmental delays to thrive. Through personalized, evidence-based interventions, ABA helps build essential skills in key areas such as social interaction, communication, play, learning abilities, motor coordination, personal hygiene, grooming, and more. What You'll Do: Run engaging and impactful one-on-one sessions (2 to 4 hours) in various settings, including our vibrant clinics, client homes, schools, and community environments under the direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Maintain accurate data collection of clients' progress and activities. Assess children's abilities and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs. Create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters respect and collaboration among children. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and activities. Position requirements: A minimum of a HS diploma or BA/BS in the field of Psychology, Child Development, Social Work or related fields. 6-months' related experience working with children or individuals with special needs. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations Capable and confident in working with children who exhibit challenging behaviors. Skilled at problem solving in high-pressure situations. Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in oral and written English (Bilingual in Spanish speaking a plus) Ability to work 10-40 hours/week Valid California Class C driver's license, insurance, and own transportation Job Type: Part-time Full-time Schedule: Monday through Friday Weekends Business hours: 7:00am to 9:00pm (Monday through Friday) 8:00am to 2:00pm (Saturday/Sunday) Work Location: Client home Client school ABA Clinic Hourly Pay: Clinical Responsibilities (98% of position): $20.00 to $26.50/hourly Administrative Responsibilities (drive-time, training, team meetings, clerical work, etc.,): $17.28/hourly Wellness Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee assistance program Professional development assistance Flexible savings account Wealth Life insurance 401(K) Performance Pay Referral program Paid drive timemileage Financial planning services Paid training Work-Life Paid time off Holiday pay Employee discounts Innovative strategies to improve workloadenvironment.
