Finance Analyst, Mexico (On-site)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated junior professional (3-5 years of experience) to join Xiaomi’s new retail division in Mexico. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations, ensuring proper bookkeeping for our retail entity. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily account reconciliation, including internal accounts, receivables/payables, and bank accounts, ensuring consistency between records and actual balances. Conduct regular reconciliations with customers and suppliers, prepare and confirm reconciliation statements, and follow up on discrepancies for timely resolution. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, providing accurate, complete, and reliable data to support financial reporting. Establish and maintain reconciliation records and processes, continuously optimize reconciliation mechanisms, and enhance efficiency and accuracy. Other ad-hoc supporting tasks as designated by management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (accounting background preferred). 3-5 years of professional experience. Strong understanding of accounting compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken). Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and attention to detail. Proactive attitude, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
