Operations Analyst (IT Data)

Job Objective: Lead the end-to-end operation of a business module with a 360° scope. This role ensures seamless execution, process optimization, and alignment between Operations, IT, and the Product Owner. We are looking for someone that is highly analytical, data-driven, and business-oriented, with strong communication and process management skills. Key Responsibilities: Operate and oversee the assigned module, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Analyze, map, and continuously improve business and technical workflows. Use data to identify gaps, propose optimizations, and track performance through KPIs. Act as liaison between Operations, IT, and Product Owner, ensuring alignment. Prepare and present progress reports and improvement initiatives. Requirements: Education & Training Bachelor’s in Engineering, Systems, or related field. English: 100% fluency. Availability: Willingness to travel occasionally. Experience 4 years in operations, business analysis, or process management. Soft Skills: Data-driven decision-making. Process management and improvement. Effective communication Problem-solving. Highly organized and structured thinker with self-starter. Highly adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments.
