Responsibilities Developing new customers and quoting within the authority. Being accountable for achieving annual performance goals and growth. Sales prediction and competitiveness analysis. Improving customer relationships. Managing customer complaints and after-sales services. Managing customer visits and related affairs. Gathering and analyzing information on the market and competitors. Implementing and coordinating product development projects. Executing cross-regional communication and coordination on section business. Being accountable for the daily operation of single-function section-level teams. Setting goals and ensuring mission completed. Being accountable for subordinate training. Being accountable for subordinate performance evaluation and feedback. Qualifications 3-5 years of sales experience Bachelors degree B2 english level
