Job Description

Teoresi Inc. is an international Group, with offices in Europe and United States, that acts as an engineering partner to customers' product and process development. We are always looking for new talents and highly specialized professionals, more specifically for: Mechanical Engineer - Industrialization To support the industrialization and manufacturability of electromechanical automotive modules, such as Power Distribution Units (PDU), Body Control Modules (BCM), Zonal Controllers, and IO electronic housings. The role focuses on improving build feasibility, cost efficiency, and integration with automotive manufacturing plants. Responsibilities: Analyze product designs and provide Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback to product engineering teams. Optimize components for assembly processes, material selection, tolerancing, and overall durability. Collaborate with manufacturing plants to resolve build issues and improve production flow. Support prototype-to-production transitions, including feasibility reviews and tooling recommendations. Participate in FMEA, PPAP, and APQP activities for component industrialization. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability goals are met from early design stages through to production. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably with high-voltage/low-voltage modules or electromechanical components. Strong expertise in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), GD&T, and mechanical fabrication and assembly processes. Ability to interpret 3D CAD models (Catia, NX, Creo) ; no detailed design work required. Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Preferred Qualifications: Experience working directly with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers. Familiarity with tooling processes and early-stage manufacturing feasibility assessments. Hands-on exposure to FMEA, PPAP, and APQP frameworks within product development cycles.
