As the technical cornerstone of a major aviation program, you'll drive strategic design decisions, ensure seamless system integration, and lead a multidisciplinary team toward engineering excellence. Requirements: Leadership expertise with 12 years of experience in the aerospace industry *French language skills are highly beneficial* Fluency in English Proven success in managing complex aircraft design and integration programs Deep expertise in aircraft systems, performance, and safety analysis Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills What You'll Do: Lead the strategic direction of the aircraft's overall design Oversee integration of all systems - structures, propulsion, avionics, aerodynamics, and more Guide the conceptual and preliminary design phases to set the foundation for development Collaborate with program managers to align design milestones with broader goals Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards ( FAA, EASA) Act as the primary technical liaison with customers and stakeholders
