Job Overview: We are seeking for an experienced, dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to play a key role in a challenging channel, balancing the sell-in and sell-out results with each partner, fostering for growth opportunities and categories development working together internal business and support areas. Key Job Responsibilities: • Build, by customer / partner, sales & execution plan: Sell-in & Sell-Out Targets, Operations KPIs, S&OP, and ensuring compliance with these targets. • Lead regular meetings with customer / partners to present targets, KPIs and define action plan to leverage results. • Relationship/interaction with all areas that interact with customers: Finance, Logistics, Sales Management, Legal, etc. • Attend, with operation team, internal meeting to define Channel Sales Forecast. • Visit stores with our Partners to identify opportunities at POS. • Ability to manage different demands at the same time, demonstrating good judgement in defining priorities. Background & Experience • Bachelor degree: Business, Engineering, Marketing. • Experience in Sales, Trade Marketing. • No travel restrictions. • Fluent in English. • Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint habilities.
