We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs & Documentation Specialist , whose main objective will be to ensure regulatory compliance and safeguard the integrity and reputation of our organization. This position is yours to take ownership of — to be responsible, proactive, and proud of your work. Key Responsibilities Analyze and monitor applicable food regulations in target countries. Coordinate with different departments to implement policies ensuring regulatory compliance. Prepare, control, and maintain technical documentation and dossiers required for health registrations. Train and guide internal teams on regulatory matters and their impact on operations. Participate in internal and external audits, providing the required information. Stay up to date on regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates. Identify and mitigate compliance risks in collaboration with management. Source ingredient and packaging material solutions, maintaining effective communication with suppliers. Technical Requirements Education: Degree in Food Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or a related field. Additional studies in Regulatory Affairs or a similar discipline will be positively valued. Knowledge: Solid understanding of FDA, CODEX, EFSA, and other international/LATAM health authority regulations. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in regulatory affairs and/or technical documentation within the dietary supplements, pharmaceutical, or food industries, preferably in Quality or Regulatory Affairs areas. Other Requirements: Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in other languages is a plus. What We Offer Hybrid work model , full-time position (48 hours per week). Internal benefits and learning culture.
