Job Description

We’re Hiring! Role: Finance Manager – Conservation Join a high-impact team in the Real Estate space Are you experienced in leading financial strategies, driving cost optimization, and managing CAPEX/OPEX initiatives? This role could be a great fit for you. Key Responsibilities: Manage the forecasting of conservation accounts (remodeling, maintenance, insurance claims). Design and implement cost efficiency strategies to improve operational KPIs and profitability. Monitor implemented initiatives, track benefits, and partner closely with operations to drive results. Analyze spending to identify new savings opportunities and long-term strategic initiatives. Consolidate and align the long-range CAPEX plan , ensuring investment prioritization based on business objectives. We’re looking for: 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Finance or FP&A. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Business-level English and advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, SQL is a plus). Strong leadership, analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning skills. Target KPIs: ≥98% forecast accuracy, 100% AOP alignment, effective execution of CAPEX and cost-saving initiatives contributing to the P&L.
