Loyalty Business Analytics Analyst

We are looking for a Loyalty Data Analytics Analyst. This position will be responsible for supporting the execution and continuous improvement of data-driven strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and engagement, contributing with advanced analytical skills and actionable insights. The role will: • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key loyalty and satisfaction KPIs. • Perform data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns and opportunities to drive retention and engagement. • Support the design and validation of statistical and predictive models, collaborating with senior analysts and managers. • Enable personalization initiatives by delivering segmentations and recommendations that enhance customer experience. • Measure and optimize the effectiveness of campaigns and loyalty strategies to ensure sustainable business growth. • Act as a bridge between data and business teams, ensuring findings are clear, accurate, and actionable. Our Ideal Candidate • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or another quantitative discipline (preferred).
