Wir suchen zum sofortigen Eintritt bei unserem Kunden Internal Customer Relationship Management (f/m/*) Linz Vollzeit Job-ID: 15042 Ihre neue Herausforderung * Prepare and deliver monthly business reports * Coordinate and collaborate with various departments in an international and cross-cultural environment * Maintain and process customer data, with a strong focus on ensuring data quality * Manage the CRM tool and sales-related applications, including user support, training preparation, and documentation * Identify business requirements for CRM improvements and assist in planning and developing system enhancements * Work closely with the marketing department to support the development of marketing automation initiatives Ihre Kompetenzen * A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, combined with several years of relevant work experience - particularly in CRM systems, data management, and the preparation of data for management reports - is preferred * A background in CRM systems, reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms is a strong asset * Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP BW and SAP C4C is an advantage * Ability to explain complex relationships in a user-oriented and understandable manner * Strong affinity for IT systems and data * Interest in steel production technology and plant engineering Unser Angebot Bruttojahresgehalt gemäß Kollektivvertrag mind.: EUR 52.197,04 Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation & Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung möglich.
