As Finance Manager, youll play a pivotal role in strengthening financial integrity, improving performance, and driving growth in a business that directly impacts the agricultural community. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full financial function from accounting and reporting through to budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Prepare accurate monthly management reports and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS. Drive cost management, profitability analysis, and business efficiency initiatives. Oversee cash flow and working capital management to ensure operational stability. Partner with operational teams, farms, and production sites to support sound financial decisions. Ensure full compliance with company policies, tax, and statutory requirements. Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and key stakeholders. Identify process improvements and implement financial best practices across operations. Provide leadership and mentorship within the finance team. Experience & Skills Required: Newly qualified CA(SA) (essential). Strong grounding in accounting principles, IFRS, and financial reporting. Analytical mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach. Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting systems proficiency. Strong communicator able to collaborate across operational and production teams. A passion for the agricultural, agri-processing, or production environment will be a major advantage. Apply now!
