Financial manager

A well-established agricultural company is looking for a Financial Manager to join their close-knit leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Newly Qualified CA(SA) who wants to take ownership of a finance function and make an impact within the agricultural sector. Duties: Oversee the full finance function, including accounting, reporting, and compliance Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Provide strategic financial insights to support management decisions Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls Manage and develop a small finance team Education and experience: Newly Qualified CA(SA) welcome Completed articles Experience or exposure to agriculture audit clients will be a strong advantage
