Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx) Support and maintain Webex Cloud services (Webex Calling, Webex Contact Center) Monitor voice and video service performance Collaborate with network, security, and systems teams to ensure end-to-end service stability Contribute to improving processes and configurations (no architecture design required) Provide operational support for existing collaboration environments Skills / Must Have: Experience with Cisco Collaboration tools (CUCM, CUBE, Gateways, UCCx) Hands-on Webex Cloud experience (Calling & Contact Center) Familiarity with VoIP protocols: SIP, H.323, MGCP Solid understanding of networking basics (IP, switching) Troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments CCNA certification (required) Strong communication, initiative, and teamwork Benefits: Technical and professional development opportunities High-profile enterprise projects Ongoing certification support Collaborative and forward-thinking team culture Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 per year (depending on experience) J-18808-Ljbffr
