Responsibilities Digital Engineering: from the start you will join diverse teams and sectors, actively participating in transformation and innovation processes for companies and Public Administrations to create an impact for the country. Interact with the client structure and any third parties involved to facilitate project execution. Participate in project management activities and coordinate the work of more junior resources. What we are looking for / Skills Development of digital transformation projects through leading innovative tools. Business requirements analysis and process redesign using methods and tools of Business Process Reengineering. Organization, management and monitoring of projects; project documentation creation. Data analysis and visualization. Identify critical issues and define action plans for resolution. Collaboration with client teams and third parties to facilitate project execution. Participation in project activities and coordination of junior resources. Requirements Laurea magistrale, preferably in Economics or Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in top management consulting firms and/or tech companies. Experience in BPR, Organizational Design and PMO. Experience in Digital Transformation projects, IT Strategy, IT Governance. Ability to learn quickly and work in an agile, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with technical and business profiles. Ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative, virtual and independent environment. Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines, handling multiple priorities effectively. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
