SALES & NEW BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE (Skin Care, Aesthetics & Luxury Body Care) PRETORIA, GAUTENG | South Africa (ZA) START: 01 November 2025 / ASAP REPORT TO: Sales Manager & Finance Director / CEO HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30 Company closes over the Christmas & New Year period (dates may vary) Business closes on major public holidays REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS: Market Related Basic Salary per month (negotiable) Cellphone & Communications Allowance Travel Allowance Petrol Allowance (for business-related traveling) Vehicle maintenance allowance Wheel replacement / maintenance allowance Monthly product allocation from our portfolio Commission (KPI driven) Performance incentives (annual incentive) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Skin Care & Aesthetics confident with relevant qualification in Health & Skin Care / Somatology or Dermal Aesthetics Must be confident speaking English & Afrikaans (bi-lingual) Based in Pretoria - NON NEG Own, reliable vehicle with insurance & valid driver license Professionally groomed and highly presentable Active Sales Rep experience in Skin Care / Pharma / Luxury Travel - not negotiable QUALIFICATIONS: Matric Certificate / Grade 12 Accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty / Somatology CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds accredited (any of) ESSENTIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Minimum of TWO years in a similar role within Sales (on the road, visiting stockists) Confident in your knowledge of Skin Care & Advanced ingredients Punctual & timely Confident in Afrikaans & English (Read & Speak) - professional correspondence is required Sales to Salon & Spas experience - preferred Confidently close sales Develop new business confidently Able to build a lasting rapport with clients Work in a fast paced environment Up to date with beauty & skin care trends Structured and meticulous Highly sales orientated and driven - you shall reap the benefits.
