Job Description

Overview We are looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager to lead our business expansion across European markets in the utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) sector. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets and drive market penetration for utility-scale BESS projects. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, developers, and end clients. Plan and implement promotional activities to enhance market presence and support after-sales services. Manage customer service quality and handle client communications and feedback effectively. Collect and analyze market information to support business decisions and maintain customer satisfaction. Coordinate responses to emergencies and ensure business continuity. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in utility-scale BESS. Candidates with 5 years in solar, wind, or other renewable energy sectors will also be considered. Established network with local EPCs and developers is essential. Fluency in the local language and proficiency in 1–2 additional languages; English is mandatory. Strong market analysis, negotiation, and independent working abilities. Professional ethics, responsibility, and willingness for international travel.
