The Used Car Sales Executive will be responsible for driving pre-owned vehicle sales, ensuring exceptional customer engagement, and achieving monthly sales objectives. The successful candidate will manage the entire sales process from inquiry to delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and client care. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell quality pre-owned vehicles to prospective buyers Conduct detailed product presentations and professional test drives Build and maintain long-term client relationships Negotiate pricing and finance options within dealership policies Achieve and exceed monthly sales and performance targets Prepare accurate sales contracts and follow-up documentation Ensure vehicles are displayed and presented to showroom standards Stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and competitor activity Coordinate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure seamless transactions Provide prompt and effective customer support and aftersales follow-up Key Attributes Professional and well-presented demeanor Target-driven with a focus on delivering results Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-centric with excellent relationship-building abilities Highly organized with attention to detail Requirements Matric non-negotiable Minimum 5 years of experience in used car sales within a dealership environment Valid drivers license Proven sales record and strong negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Remuneration Market-related salary based on experience Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
